01 — Who we are

Crank 11 ("we") is a UK-based growth agency. Contact for anything data-related: team@crank11.ai.

02 — What we collect, and why

Quiz and audit answers (your store URL, ad-spend band, competitors, optional uploads, name, email, optional phone): used to build the report you requested and to run the follow-up emails you opted into at the point of capture. Legal basis: consent, and performance of the service you asked for.

Onboarding data (brand assets, brand-DNA answers) for paying clients: used to deliver the service. Legal basis: contract.

Basic analytics events (page views, quiz-step progress, with no advertising identifiers unless a pixel is enabled and disclosed): used to fix drop-off and improve the funnel. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

03 — How long we keep it

Lead data (quiz answers, reports, emails) is kept for 12 months from your last interaction, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus statutory accounting periods.

04 — Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel — hosting and storage; Resend — email delivery). We never sell your data. Beyond the consent-gated advertising tags described below, we don't share it with anyone else.

05 — Advertising pixels and tags (consent-first)

If you click Allow on our cookie banner, we load the Meta (Facebook) pixel — and, when Google advertising is active, the Google tag. These send Meta and Google a record of your visit and key actions (like submitting the quiz) so we can measure our own advertising. Until you click Allow, neither loads and no advertising identifiers are set. Legal basis: consent (PECR).

When these tags are active, Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland process that data as separate controllers under their own privacy policies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie choices” in the footer — it takes effect immediately.

06 — Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — email team@crank11.ai and a human handles it within 7 days. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing never affects delivery of a report you've requested.
