The Full-Works Growth Audit and the Free Ad Drop are genuinely free: no card, no obligation, no auto-enrolment into anything. Ad-drop concepts are delivered as watermarked previews; unlock paths and prices are stated on the offer page. We may decline or delay free work when a brief is outside our lane (we say so rather than deliver filler). Free deliverables are for your internal evaluation; the underlying concepts remain ours until unlocked, at which point they become yours outright.

$500 one-off buys 15 static ad creatives + copy variants, delivered in 5 days. You own everything delivered — final creatives, copy variants, source files — on any channel, forever. Make-right terms: one revision round is included (name the misses, we rebuild them). Because it's a fixed-price build, there are no refunds on delivered creative — the revision round is the remedy, and that's the whole of it. The 5-day clock runs from your completed brief. The pack is priced in USD; where checkout settles in GBP, the charge is the GBP equivalent at the day's rate. Any other currency shown on our pages is an approximate conversion for orientation, never the charged amount.

Plans are monthly rolling: no minimum term, cancel any month effective the end of that billing period, no exit fees. Deliverable counts are fixed per tier and unused counts roll over one month (they don't accumulate beyond that). Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT and your ad spend — ad accounts and budgets stay in your name and under your control at all times.

“In your first 30 days we ship creative that beats your current control — or the month is free.” Measured plainly: we agree your control ad and primary KPI (CPA or ROAS) in writing at kickoff; matched spend; judged 30 days after your first creative goes live. If we miss, month one is refunded. The guarantee applies to monthly plans — not to the Starter Booster Pack, which has its own make-right terms above.

You own everything — accounts, assets, pages. Leave anytime, take it all. That includes ad accounts, pixels, creative files and landing pages we build for you. If you leave, we hand over everything within 7 working days and delete our working copies on request.

Our engine drafts and scores; our team directs the angles and signs off everything that ships. Scores (0–100) are our own model's output — a working tool, not a performance promise. We never guarantee specific revenue, ROAS or CPA outcomes beyond the written guarantee in §5.

Covered by the privacy policy: lead data kept 12 months from last interaction, client data for the engagement plus statutory periods, deletion on request, never sold.

We carry responsibility for the work we ship; our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; disputes go to its courts — though writing to us first has so far solved everything faster.
